At the end of the year we always talk about results, cierres, balances and numbers. But the truth is that Tres Hileras is not only supported by figures, stands with people.
With tractor equipment, with those who push even when no one is looking, with those who come every day to make well-made bread, although it would be easier to do “fast”.
What is not seen… but it holds everything
- opening the workshop before dawn
- taking care of fermentations
- Serving each client as if they were the first
- solving problems without making noise
- keeping the bar high in the rush
That doesn't appear on the balance sheets., but that's what makes the difference.
This year something important happened
